Frequently Asked Questions
The turntable platter is stopping too early and not playing the end of records.
Please contact us at crosleysupport@lasgo.co.uk or click here to submit support request.
What is the screw next to the turntable?
That is the turntable suspension screw. For use, it needs to be screwed down (clock-wise) only until it is hand-tight. For transportation, it needs to be screwed up (counter clock-wise) to lock the turntable down.
Why is my turntable spinning backwards?
If you have recently purchased a replacement power adaptor from a third party, it could have the wrong polarity for your turntable. If you are using the power adaptor the unit came with, it may need to be replaced. Please contact us at crosleysupport@lasgo.co.uk or click here to submit support request.
How do I connect to my Bluetooth speakers?
This item is not designed to connect to Bluetooth speakers, it can only receive signal. The Bluetooth feature is meant to be a simple convenience for anyone wanting to connect their device to play through the Crosley. If you are having issues pairing the device such as a phone or tablet, Please contact us at crosleysupport@lasgo.co.uk or click here to submit support request.
I have headphones plugged up, but I still hear music from the unit. Why is that?
The needle glides over the record, and plays the music not only through the speaker or headphones, but also at the needle itself. You can achieve a similar effect by blowing over a soda bottle. This is not something that can be turned off due to the nature of the needle.
Why does the turntable turn too slow or too fast?
Make sure you have the correct speed selected for the record you are playing. Keep in mind, some new 33 sized records play at 45 speed. Adjust the pitch control switch. Check the belt, click here for a video tutorial. If this does not help, please contact us at crosleysupport@lasgo.co.uk or click here to submit support request.
