I do not like the item that I purchased. Can I get a refund from you or exchange it for a different model?
Crosley can only refund items purchased directly through us within the last 30 days. All parts and accessories sales are final and cannot be returned. If this was purchased through a different retailer, please utilize that retailers return policy.

My unit arrived damaged, what should I do?
Crosley can only issue full replacements on damaged items purchased directly through us. If this was purchased through a different retailer, please utilize that retailers return policy. If you are no longer within the retailers return period or this was purchased directly from Crosley, please contact us at crosleysupport@lasgo.co.uk or click here to submit support request.
Where are Crosley Radio products manufactured?
This radio product is manufactured in China.
Can I connect third party external speakers to this unit?
This turntable can be hooked up to external speakers with the RCA jacks on the back. If using as a Line output (determined by the phono/line switch on back of unit) you can use these jacks to hook it into self-powered/active speakers. If using as a Phono output unit will need to be connected first to a phono pre-amp or the phono input of the stereo system. If your receiver has an “AUX input” it will connect to Line output or “Phono input” it will connect to Phono output.
Can I play a record with the lid closed?
Yes. It will not affect playback.
How do I connect to my Bluetooth speakers?
This item is not designed to connect to Bluetooth speakers, it can only receive signal. The Bluetooth feature is meant to be a simple convenience for anyone wanting to connect their device to play through the Crosley. How do I hook up my speakers?
These speakers connect via spring clamps. The speakers have two hanging wires (positive and negative) that will connect to the red and black inputs on the back of the unit. Positive wires will be red and connects to the red inputs. Negative wires will be black (if wires are the same color, these wires will have lines/dashes to differentiate) and connects to the black inputs.
The record is playing, but I get no sound.
Make sure to remove the white protective needle cover from the end of the tone arm. Make sure the red or white plastic needle was not removed when the protective cover was taken off. The record is playing, but the sound is distorted or very low. How do I fix it?
Make sure all of your cables are hooked up and functional. Ensure you have a preamp or amp hooked up if using as Phono or self-powered speakers if using as Aux (determined by plug-ins on back). If you are using Line Out on your Crosley, you need to use the Line In or Aux In on your receiver or self-powered speakers. If you are using Phono Out on your Crosley, make sure you are using a preamp or use the Phono In on your amplifier. The tone arm seems stuck, how do I get it to move?
Make sure that the tone arm clip is undone. Make sure the twisty tie that comes on it has been removed. If you still have problems, please contact us at crosleysupport@lasgo.co.uk or click here to submit support request.
The turntable platter is stopping too early and not playing the end of records.

What is the ground wire used for?
The ground wire helps with interference and static, especially when used on the Phono Output setting.
Why does the needle slide across the record?

Why does the turntable turn too slow or too fast?
Make sure you have the correct speed selected for the record you are playing. Keep in mind, some new 33 sized records play at 45 speed. Why is my turntable spinning backwards?
If you have recently purchased a replacement power adaptor from a third party, it could have the wrong polarity for your turntable. Why will my tone arm not return?
This unit does not have a returning tone arm.
